What is EPR?
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) holds producers accountable for the entire lifecycle of their product packaging. This includes responsibilities for collection, recycling, and disposal, helping reduce waste, and promoting a circular economy. EPR laws are in place in several states, including California, Colorado, Maine, and Oregon, which have enacted mandatory packaging regulations.

We are committed to helping you navigate these changes, streamline your efforts, and maximize your contributions to a more sustainable future.
