New framework alignment tagging feature

Framework Alignment is only available to Premium & Enterprise subscription packages. If alignment with global frameworks/standards is important to you, contact support@greenbusinessbenchmark.com to upgrade your subscription.

This exciting new release adds global framework alignment to our GBB initiatives for Premium and Enterprise customers. This release also includes: 

  • A refreshed look of the initiatives table, with redesigned categories, difficulty bars, and points.
  •  New difficulty bar visual logic.

How framework alignment works

  •  You can toggle on or off the tagging functionality. It’s turned off by default.
    • For non Premium and Enterprise customers, the button is disabled.
  • The included top-level frameworks are: GRI, SDGs, Greenhouse Gas Protocol (Emissions Scopes), SASB, and ISO14001.
  • You will see the framework related to each initiative in the "Frameworks" column. 
  • Hovering on the top-level framework in the Frameworks column will show the sub-category it applies to.
    • For example, hovering over "SASB" will show "Materials Sourcing & Efficiency" and "Supply Chain Management".
  •  You can filter for top-level frameworks (ex: SDG) in the filtering tab. 
    • This will show every initiative that has the tag for that framework.

Alignment logic by framework

New difficulty bar logic

  •  Effort, cost, and impact levels are now displayed with bars instead of dots. 
  • For effort and cost, low=one green bars, medium=two blue bars, and high=three orange bars. This is because for these categories you may want lower cost and effort.
  • For impact, you strive for highest impact, so high=three green bars, medium=two blue bars, and low=one orange bar.
